In no particular order:
a garden gnome... except not a creepy one. It doesn't even have to be a big one- the little ones are great, my garden is little.
A gazing ball would be nice.
Or a miniature rose bush plant.
Or a photo book from Shutterfly.
How about a nice family picture?
A hanging basket of flowers.
A visit from you.
The whole house clean at the same time.
Pretty hummingbird feeder.
